Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the entire records of the first and 2nd respondents in connection with the impugned order of suspension of the first respondent in his proceedings Tha.A.File No.1/2004 dated 8.3.2004 and the order confirming the same by the 2nd respondent in his proceedings Na.Ka.No.3116/2004/A3 dated 12.5.2004 and quash the said proceedings dated 8.3.2004 and 12.5.2004, and consequently direct the respondents to reinstate the petitioner in service with all the attendant service benefits such as continuity of service, back-wages, seniority, etc., For Petitioner : Mr.M.Sriram For Respondents : M/s.T.Girija, GA(Co-op) https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

O R D E R

The order of suspension dated 08.03.2004 is under challenge in the present writ petition.

2.The learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the 1st respondent now brought to the notice of this Court that the disciplinary proceedings initiated against the writ petitioner had been completed and he was removed from service on 07.10.2005. Thereafter, pursuant to the orders of the Government, the petitioner was reinstated on 08.02.2011 and allowed to retire from service on 30.11.2012. Thus, the writ petition became infructuous.

3.Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
