This writ petition has been filed seeking to call for the records in C.P.No.631 of 2002 on the file of the Labour Court, Salem the first respondent herein and quash the order dated 29.04.2005.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that this writ petition has been filed challenging the award passed in C.P.No.631 of 2002 and this Court by order dated 10.01.2023 in W.P.No.44548 of 2006 has set aside the award passed by the labour Court, Salem, hence the matter has now become infructuous and nothing survives in this writ petition for further adjudication. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the Court bundle.

3. In view of the endorsement and the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition stand dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
