ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by A.SELVAM,J.) This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to direct the respondents to trace out and produce the detenue, by name, Deepika, aged 15 years, daughter of the petitioner.

2. The petitioner is present and he has been identified by his counsel.

3.The second respondent, viz., The Inspector of Police, V.3 JJ Nagar Police Station, Anna Nagar, Chennai, has produced the detenue and she has been identified by the petitioner/her father. The detenue has expressed her willingness to go with the petitioner/her father.
