This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner to condone the delay of 2 days in filing the appeal in Crl.A.SR.No.67505 of 2024 against the acquittal order passed by the learned Metropolitan Magistrate FTCII, Egmore @ Allikulam in STC No.7788 of 2024.
