There is no representation on the side of the petitioner. Even on the earlier occasion, i.e., on 09.10.2020, there was no representation on the side of the petitioner and hence, the matter was adjourned to 09.11.2020. Even on 09.11.2020, the learned counsel for the petitioner was not intended to proceed with the matter and hence, the matter was adjourned to 09.12.2020 (today). It can now be inferred that the petitioner is not interested in proceeding this case. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
