This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents not to harass the petitioner.

Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor produced a copy of the report filed by the third respondent, stating that the complaint lodged by the petitioner was referred to the Special Tahsildar, Tamil Nadu Government Cables TV Limited, Kancheepuram, to look into the issue and verify the licence issued to the respective parties and thereafter proceed further in accordance with law.
