Today when the petitions are taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for in these petitions has become infructuous and nothing survive in the present petitions. He also made an endorsement in the Court bundle to that effect.

Though no one is appeared on behalf of the petitioner in W.P.No.9272 of 2007, it is seen that the payer sought for in that petition also similar in nature and it is also become infructuous. Hence the writ petition in W.P.No.9272 of 2007 is also liable to be dismissed. 4.
