The Petitioner retired from service on 30.06.2013. However, his retirement benefits were not disbursed till date. Hence, the petitioner made a representation to the respondents on 22.11.2018 to disburse the pension and other retirement benefits, but the same was not considered.

2. Mrs.T.Girija, learned Government Advocate takes notice on behalf of the Respondents 1 to 3.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without going into the merits of the matter, the respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 22.11.2018, on merits and in accordance with law, and pass orders after affording an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner. Such an exercise shall be completed within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petition is disposed of in the above terms. No costs.
