ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the Page No.1/4

petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.17826 of 2025 in Crl.A.No.693 of 2025 dated 16.10.2025 that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police every Saturday at 10.30 a.m. until completion of the Criminal Appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel for petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for respondent.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offences, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.17826 of 2025 in Crl.A.No.693 of 2025 dated 16.10.2025, is modified. The petitioner is directed to appear before the trial Court on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m.,, until further orders.
