2. Heard learned counsel for petitioner.

3. This Court considers it not necessary to issue notice to respondents.

4. As it is brought to notice that the case in C.C.No.12400 of 2008 is pending at the stage of cross-examination of PW-1 and trial is yet to commence in C.C.No.8685 of 2007, this Court directs learned Judge, Fast Track Court III, Saidapet, Chennai, to dispose of C.C.Nos.8685 of 2007 and 12400 of 2008 as expeditiously as possible, in any event, not later than four months from the date of receipt of this order. Court below shall communicate compliance with the order of this Court under communication addressed to the Registrar (Judicial). The Criminal Original Petitions are disposed of with the above direction.
