This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 20.02.2014.

2. Since the case is pending from March 2014, this Court perused the records.

3. It is the case of the petitioner that one Kannan who is working in TASMAC shop, has committed encroachment and is demanding Rs.15Lakhs for vacating.

4. Learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side] produced a notice dated 23.03.2014 given by the Inspector of Police, J-7, Velachery Police Station, under Section 160 Cr.P.C to the petitioner to appear for enquiry.

5. Under such circumstances, the respondent police is directed to take appropriate action on the petitioner's complaint, if not already taken.
