This petition has been filed to modify the condition in para No.5 imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.565 of 2025, dated 20.01.2025, that the petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) to the credit of "Manasu, Account Number:024404406764180001, IFSC Code:CSBK0000244, CSB Bank, Pallavaram Branch".

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is unable to mobilize the fund, hence inspite of granted bail, the petitioner is still in custody, hence prays to modify the condition in para No.5 1/3

imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.565 of 2025, dated 20.01.2025. SUNDER MOHAN, J.

Heared the Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the fact that the petitioner is still in custody inspite of the bail granted by this Court vide order dated 20.01.2025, this Court is inclined to modify the amount to be deposited as per the condition in para No.5 imposed on the petitioner to deposit in Crl.O.P.No.565 of 2025, dated 20.01.2025 as Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) to the credit of "Manasu, Account Number:024404406764180001, IFSC Code:CSBK0000244, CSB Bank, Pallavaram Branch".
