This writ petition filed to calling for the records of the second respondent herein made in C.P.No.471 of 2004 dated 14.12.2007 and the consequential Government order issued by the first respondent in G.O.(T) No.167 dated 15.05.2008 and quash the same.

2. In this case, the counsel on record for the petitioner has passed away. Hence, notice was ordered to the petitioner herself through Court and the same is also returned with an endorsement "Mrs.Indira, the petitioner is no more". Learned counsel appearing for the respondent, Government Advocate for R1, R3 and R4 and the learned counsel appearing for the sixth respondent are present.
