2. Today, when the matter is taken up, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that settlement has been reached between the parties before Mediation and divorce was granted to the first petitioner and the respondent.

3. In view of the above submission, nothing survives in this petition and this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
