ORDER: This Petition coming on for Extension of time on Second day of December Two Thousand Twenty One and perusing the earlier order dated 17.07.2020 and letter dated 25.10.2021 vide D.No.6682/2021 from The Principal District Judge, Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, Namakkal, this court made the following order: By the common judgment dated 17.07.2020, this Court allowed the C.M.A.Nos.3459 & 3460 of 2013 with a direction to the Principal District Judge, Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, Namakkal, to dispose of M.C.O.P.Nos.398 & 663 of 2007 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of that common judgment. 2.The learned Principal District Judge, Namakkal, by a letter to the Registry dated 25.10.2021, seeks two months time to dispose of M.C.O.P.Nos.398 & 663 of 2007 on the ground that the cases are posted for filing counter statement by the proposed party, who is the owner of offending vehicle.
3.Considering the reasons stated by the learned Principal District Judge, Namakkal, two months time is hereby granted to dispose of M.C.O.P.Nos.398 & 663 of 2007, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
