JUDGMENT

The second appeal is directed as against the judgment and decree dated 01.02.2005 in A.S.No.19 of 2004 on the file of the District Judge, Udhagamandalam confirming the judgment and decree dated 24.11.2003 in O.S.No.778 of 1995 on the file of the Court of the Subordinate Judge, Udhagamandalam. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. When the matter was listed on 10.01.2020, there was no representation on behalf of the appellants. Therefore, the matter was ordered to be posted on 20.01.2020 under the caption "for dismissal". Even today(20.01.2020), no representation for the appellants.
