Common Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the entire records connected with the impugned notification No.NIL dated 28.05.2015 of the 3rd respondent published in the Vernacular Daily, "Thinathanthi" in its issue dated 29.05.2015 and quash the same and consequently, direct the 3rd respondent-University to appoint Assistant Professors only on regular basis in its constituent Colleges as per the UGC Regulations, 2010 on the Minimum Qualification for appointment of Teachers and other Academic Staff in the Universities and Colleges and measures for the maintenance of standards in Higher Education, within a time frame fixed by this Court.
