In earlier occasion, the learned counsel appeared on behalf of the appellant reported that there is no instructions from the appellant. Therefore, this Court directed the Registry to print the name of the appellant, accordingly the name of the appellant is printed in the cause list, even then, there is no representation on behalf of the appellant either by person or through counsel. It shows that, the appellant has no interest to proceed with this case further.
