This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed that the petitioner to report before the respondent police dated at 10.30 a.m. in Crl.O.P.No.26434 of 2023 vide order dated 07.12.2023.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police weekly once i.e., every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.
