When this writ petition was taken up, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent has submitted that subsequent to filing of the writ petition, the demand made in the impugned order has been adjusted from the caution deposit made by the petitioner. The said submission is not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.Recording the above, the writ petition is closed, however, liberty is granted to the petitioner to approach the concerned authority afresh, if, need be, for appropriate remedy. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
