ORDER

Pursuant to the order of this Court dated 04.06.2025 passed in W.P.No.19136 of 2025, the respondent sent a notice on 13.03.2026 to the owners/co-buyers of the premises at Vijaykripa Apartments, No.39/25, Motilal Street, T.Nagar, Chennai, to vacate the premises within fifteen days from the date of receipt of the letter, on the basis of the report of the Centre for Urbanization, Building and Environment, that the building in question had become dilapidated and unfit for occupation and the same had to be demolished for the safety of the occupiers/passersby public.

Since the respondent has taken steps pursuant to the order of this Court dated 04.06.2025 passed in W.P.No.19136 of 2025, this contempt petition is closed.
