The petitioner has come up with this Writ Petition seeking a direction to the respondents to measure his lands comprised in Survey No.85/3, 85/1A4B2 situated at Vinnuvampattu Village, Near Kalasapakkam Bus Stand, Kalasapakkam Taluk, Thiruvannamalai District, based on his remitted copy of the Challan and application dated 24.02.2016.

It is the case of the petitioner that he obtained patta in respect of the above lands in S.R.No.85/3, 85/1A4B2 and requested the respondents to measure the said lands. On https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

instructions from the respondents, he made an application to the 1s respondent on 24.02.2016 to measure the above lands and also remitted a sum of Rs.200/- in the Bank for measuring the same. The grievance of the petitioner is that despite approaching the 1st respondent on many occasions, requesting him to measure his lands, no steps are being taken by them. Hence, having no other efficacious remedy, the petitioner is before this Court. 3.

Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court directs the respondents to consider the petitioner's application dated 24.02.2016 on merits and in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
