ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for non compliance of the order dated 07.04.2025, passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.2875 of 2023, thereby directing the respondent to complete the investigation in Crime No.312 of 2022 and file a final report, within a period of eight week.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that as directed by this Court, the respondent completed the investigation and filed final report before the learned XXIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai, through E-filing on 05.03.2026.

Recording the above submissions, the Contempt Petition stands closed.
