ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the proceedings in Spl.Case No.3 of 2019, pending on the file of the Special Court, Criminal Cases involves in Member of Parliament and Members of Legislative Assembly of Tamil Nadu cum Principal Sessions Judge, Villupuram. 2.The learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that a final report has already been filed and the examination of witnesses has also commenced.

2.In view of the above, this criminal original petition is closed and it is left open to the petitioner to raise all grounds before the Court below and the same will be considered on its own merits and in accordance with law. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
