When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submitted that the respondent had complied with the order dated 04.07.2017 passed in W.P.No.16884 of 2017 by passing an order dated 19.09.2018.

3.In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, I do not find any reason to keep the Contempt Petition pending. Accordingly, the Contempt Petition is closed.
