C.M.P.Nos.3029 to 3031 of 2024 in CRP.No.2298 of 2020 P.T.ASHA, J., The above petitions are filed for the following reliefs:- i. To condone the delay of 549 days in filing the petition to set-aside the abatement caused due to the death of the respondent, Late. Mr.P.Viswanathan.

ii. To set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the respondent Late. Mr.P.Viswanathan.

iii. To bring on record the following persons as legal heirs namely 1.Sakunthala Alias Chandraveni-Wife 2. Devendran - Son 3.Saravanan - Son 4.Janu - Daughter 5.Vijayalakshmi - Daughter 6. Wilson -Son all are residing at Meltheru, Thuraieri, Chettiyappanur post, Vaniyambadi Taluk, Tirupattur. as the proposed parties / respondents 5 and 10 as legal heirs of the deceased respondent Late.P.Viswanathan in the above Civil Revision Petition

2. Considering the fact that the sufficient reasons have been given in the affidavits filed in support of these petitions, these petitions are ordered as prayed for.
