The Original Application in O.A.NO.1586 of 2003 filed before the Tamil Nadu Administrative Tribunal, Chennai Bench, to call for the records of the 2nd respondent relating to Proc.D.Dis.No.1607/95/M1, dated 24.10.1997, quash the same and issue consequential directions to the respondents to revise and advance the date of regularisation of services of the applicant in the post of accountant from 13.03.1975 to 20.09.1974 and to fix her inter-se seniority accordingly with all consequential benefits has been transferred to the file of this Court and renumbered as W.P.No.9506 of 2007.
