JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was delivered by SATISH K.AGNIHOTRI, J.) Assailing the order dated 02.06.2014 made in W.P.No.986 of 2014, the State has preferred the present appeal. 2.When the appeal came up for hearing, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the appellants submits that the direction rendered by the learned single Judge is complied with. Thus nothing survives for adjudication and an endorsement to the following effect is made:

"Since the order of the Hon'ble Court has been complied with. the W.A. may be closed."

3.In view of the above, the writ appeal is dismissed as infrucutous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
