This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.29593 of 2024, dated 27.11.2024, that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly and the investigation is pending.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the abovesaid condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.29593 of 2024, dated 27.11.2024, is relaxed to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required.
