This Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to bring the petitioners herein as appellants in the Second Appeal as the legal heirs of the deceased sole appellant.

Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

Learned counsel for the respondents has no objection for allowing this petition.

Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and since there being no objection from the opposite side, I allow this Civil Miscellaneous Petition.

Registry is directed to carry out the amendment in the Cause Title and post the Second Appeal for hearing on 11.03.2024.
