This application is filed seeking extension of time to the petitioners to surrender before the Learned District Principal Sessions Judge, Ariyalur, in Crime No.891 of 2021 on the file of the first respondent herein.

2.Learned Counsel for the petitioners would submit that due to the current COVID - 19 Pandemic situation, the petitioners were unable to surrender before the above said concerned court.

3.Considering the circumstances, the time granted to the petitioners to surrender before the Learned District Principal Sessions Judge, Ariyalur as ordered by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.881 of 2022 dated 19.01.2022 is extended by a period of two weeks time from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
