This petition has been filed seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.1634 of 2018, pending on the file of the learned VII Metropolitan Magistrate Court, George Town.

2. In this case, the FIR has been registered for offence under Sections 143 and 188 of Indian Penal Code.

3. This case is covered by the Judgment of this Court in Jeevanandham and others Vs. State and others reported in MANU/TN/5423/2018.
