JUDGMENT

The second appeal is directed as against the judgment and decree of the learned Principal District Judge, Namakkal dated 30.01.2004 made in A.S.No.74 of 2002 in modifying the decree and judgment of the learned Principal District Munsif, Namakkal dated 28.04.1995 made in O.S.No.17 of 1991.

2. When the matter was listed on 4.02.2020, there was no representation on behalf of the appellant. Therefore, the matter was ordered to be posted on 13.02.2020 under the caption "for dismissal".
