The petitioner has challenged order dated 14.08.2018, as per which, the petitioners' agricultural lands and produce were assigned to private Sugar Mills.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that subsequently the Government has issued fresh

G.O pursuant to the order passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner is unable to submit the relevant G.O before this Court.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition with liberty to file a fresh writ petition if they are aggrieved. The learned counsel for the petitioner has also made an endorsement to that effect.

4. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to file a fresh petition. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
