ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for direction directing the second respondent herein to conider the representation of the petitioner dated 24.06.2019 and permit the petitioner to make the payment of Development Charges at the rate of Rs.150/- per sq.mtr for selection grade municipality, prescribed in the proceedings of the first respondent in Na.Ka.No.639/2019/VMA dated 07.05.2019.

Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court. 3.

Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the second respondent is directed to consider the request made by the petitioner and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
