The above Civil Revision Petition is filed to to set aide the returned Docket order dated 04.12.2024 made in RLTOP Sr.No.7859 of 2024 (CNR No.TNCH090119812024) on the file of Court of Small Causes at Chennai. 1/4

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the records.

3. Considering the fact that the impugned docket order dated 04.12.2024 has been passed by the learned Judge, Court of Small Causes, Chennai without hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of with a direction that the learned counsel for the petitioner shall represent the application responding to the return which has now been made by the learned Judge on 06.01.2025. The learned Judge has set out reasons as to why she is of the opinion that the application is not maintainable. The petitioner has not complied with the return and represented the petition. Therefore, on the representation of the application the learned Judge shall hear the learned counsel for the petitioner and pass an order either numbering the application or rejecting the same. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of 2 weeks from the date of representation of the papers by the petitioner. No costs. 18.02.2025 (shr) Index : Yes/No Speaking Order: Yes/No 2/4
