Mr.E.Balamurugan, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents. By consent of the parties, the main writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. The petitioner seeks for a direction to the third respondent to fix the guideline value in respect of the subject https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

matter property referred to in the writ petition, as communicated by the respondents 1 and 2.

3. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the third respondent will consider the request of the petitioner in the light of the communications dated 27.06.2017 and 15.05.2017 issued by the respondents 1 and 2 and pass appropriate orders, after conducting enquiry.

4. This Court, at this stage, is not expressing any view on the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, as it is for the third respondent to consider and decide the same. Thus, this writ petition is disposed of, only by directing the third respondent to conduct enquiry and pass appropriate orders on the request of the petitioner, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
