CRIME NO. 884 OF 2020.

Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed in Crl.OP.No.21024 of 2020 dated 30.12.2020 on condition that the petitioners shall report before the respondent of police, daily at 10.30 a.m. until further order in Crime No.884 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police station.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.JAYACHANDRAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S. S.KARTHIKEYAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- (The case has been heard through video conference) This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioner directing him to report before the respondent police every day at 10.30 a.m until further orders. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.OP.No.21024 of 2020 dated 30.12.2020.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.21024 of 2020 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

dated 30.12.2020, is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required.

5. This petition is ordered accordingly.
