This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl. M.P. No.16082 of 2024 in Crl. O.P. No.25454 of 2024 dated 22.11.2024- that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent on the 1st and 3rd Monday of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has complied the condition regularly for 48 days.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offences, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Para 3 in Crl. M.P. No.16082 of 2024 in Crl. O.P. No.25454 of 2024 dated 22.11.2024, is relaxed.
