This Application has been filed by the Applicants (Plaintiffs in C.S.No.522 of 2013) for bringing on the legal representatives of the deceased Defendant viz., Respondents 1 to 4 herein as Defendants 2 to 5 in C.S.No.522 of 2013.

2. The learned counsel for the Respondents (Proposed Defendant Nos.2 to 5 in C.S.No.522 of 2013) submitted that he has no serious objection to this application being allowed.

3. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this application and also, considering the no objection expressed from the side of the Respondents, this Application is ordered as prayed for.

4. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the cause title of the plaint in C.S.No.522 of 2013.
