Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time for a period of two weeks to execute the sureties and comply with the condition imposed on him as per the order of this Hon`ble court in Crl.OP.No. 24197 of 2021 by its order dated 14.12.2021 and 12.01.2022 and thus render justice. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. C.MOHANRAJ, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.L.BASKARAN, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to extend the time granted to the petitioner on 14.12.2021 in Crl.O.P.No.24197 of 2021 to execute sureties.
