BY [ RESPONDENT ] INSPECTOR OF POLICE, THALAYAMANGALAM POLICE STATION, THIRUVARUR DISTRICT, CRIME NO.383 OF 2020.

Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.11355 of 2020 dated 03.08.2020.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SWAMISUBRAMANIAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.S.KARTHIKEYAN, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- (The case has been heard through video conference) This petition is filed to relax the condition in para 5(e) on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.11355 of 2020 dated 03.08.2020. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.11355 of 2020 dated 03.08.2020.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition in para 5(e) already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.11355 of 2020 dated 03.08.2020 is relaxed, however the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
