By consent of both parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

The petitioner has come up with this writ petition seeking a direction to the respondent authority to give permission to conduct the dance program at Kumilanparabu Village Arulmegu Sri Mariamman Kovil Thiruvizha on 31.01.2019 at Kumilanparabu Village, Chithodu Post, Erode District by considering his representation dated 18.01.2019.

The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the representation given by the petitioner dated 18.01.2019 has already been considered by the respondent vide Proceedings in Na.Ka.No.04/fore cost/C2 PS/2019 dated 24.01.2019 granting permission to the petitioner to conduct the cultural programme (Adal Padal) subject to the conditions, which have already been imposed by this Court in similar matters. Hence, nothing survives for consideration in this Writ Petition.
5. In view of the above submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
