2. Affidavit of Service along with "Tapal Tracking Sheet" filed. No one entered appearance and name of the parties have also been printed.

3. This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the second respondent namely Natarajan as the respondents 2 to 7 in the above Second Appeal.

4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the records.

5. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Court is inclined to allow this petition . Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.

6. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title and list the main Second Appeal after two weeks for final hearing.
