Seeking to quash the order dated 07.07.2006 passed by the II Additional Labour Court, Chennai in I.D.No.198 of 1999, the Petitioner has come up with this Writ Petition. 2.
Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the 2nd Respondent/workman submitted that, the 2nd Respondent is no more and that, his legal heirs are not interested to pursue this Writ Petition.

In view of the above, instead of passing a detailed order on merits, this Court, sets aside the order dated 07.07.2006 passed by the II Additional Labour Court, Chennai in I.D.No.198 of 1999. In case, the legal heirs of the 2nd https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
