CMP.No.4616 of 2020 has been filed to declare second respondent/second plaintiff viz., Karthika as major in S.A.No.538 of 2014; CMP.No.4620 of 2020 has been filed to discharge the first respondent/first plaintiff viz., Mythili from the guardianship of the second respondent/second plaintiff viz., Karthika in the second appeal; CMP.No.15917 of 2021 has been filed to bring on record the petitioners 2 & 3 herein as the legal representatives of the deceased first appellant viz., V.Subramaniam, in S.A.No.538 of 2014 and implead them as the appellants in the above second appeal.

2.The factum of the death of the first appellant and the proposed parties viz., petitioners 2 & 3 herein are the legal representative of the deceased, are not in dispute.

3.Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions and on the facts and circumstances of the case, these petitions are allowed.
