The petitioner herein apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 324 and 34 of IPC 1/3

in Crime No.122 of 2022, on the file of the respondent Police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that, investigation in this case has been completed and final report also filed.
