Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Hon'ble Court that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 am in Crl.OP.16467/2021 dated 09.09.2021.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.V.RAVICHANDRAN, Advocate for the petitioner, and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.16467 of 2021, dated 09.09.2021.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition without any deviation and Charge Sheet has been filed before the trial Court.

Hence, in view of the above, the condition imposed on the petitioner to report before the respondent police, is relaxed.
