The Writ Petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to return the original document No.1309/2003 forthwith in view of the final payment dated 17.02.2004 made by the petitioner.

2. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that during pendency of the writ petition, the petitioner has paid the entire stamp duty and the said document has also been released in favour of the petitioner. Hence, the writ petition may be closed as nothing survives for adjudication.
