Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to call for the records pertaining to the impugned F.I.R. in Crime No.134 of 2015 dated 01.11.2015 on the file of the first respondent police and quash the same insofar as the petitioner is concerned.

ORDER

This petition has been filed to quash the F.I.R. in Crime No.134 of 2015 registered by the first respondent police for offences under Sections 420, 468 & 471 of IPC, as against the petitioner and three others. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the first respondent police has completed investigation and they are awaiting report from Forensic Laboratory.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, at this stage, the FIR cannot be quashed. However, considering the crime is of the year 2015, the first respondent is directed to complete the investigation in Crime No.134 of 2015 and file a final report within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this Order, before the jurisdiction Magistrate.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.

Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
